Itinerary: (1-night stay)

20th June
3:00 pm: Arrival and traditional welcome drink, check-in and program briefing.
3:30 – 5:30 pm: Water-based fun activities.
5:30 – 6:30 pm: Light snacks and discussion on Home Remedies (Aahar se Upchar).
6:30 – 8:30 pm: Introduction to Yog and Meditation, Q&A session.
8:30 pm: Satvik Dinner.
9:30 pm: Sleeping time.

21st June
5:00 – 6:00 am: Shatkarma, a traditional Indian detox system.
6:30 – 8:00 am: Yoga session as per International Yoga Day protocol.
8:30 am: Breakfast.
9:30 – 10:30 am: Mud bath and water activity.
11:30 am: Departure.
